This has been a particularly challenging winter – forcing us to travel farther afield than normal to find our food.  After receiving an update, one member of our community responded with this message.

Since this is probably a very challenging time for you and your business partners – I would just like to take this opportunity on a cold, dreary night to tell you how much I am absolutely loving your company.  It has completely changed the way I look at, cook with and think of food.  I have lost about five pounds (in just a few months) just by taking the time to cook with these amazing vegetables.  Also, I have always loved to cook but the new ingredients have definitely raised the bar on my cooking and the way I approach my meals each week.  Everyone that comes to my home and sees my beautiful basket asks if they can get the link to your website – I know two of my friends have already signed up.

So – I will still be thrilled to get my basket this week and for the next three weeks and will just be thankful for what is inside!
