Sometimes I think about all of us eating the same ingredients each week and wonder what you are making with the cabbage I am working through.  Some of you are kind enough to share your thoughts and recipes with us.  I love hearing from you.  It really makes me realize what a community we are.  Our community values are supporting local organic farming so it may flourish and if our local organic farmers flourish, they help us flourish with fresh healthy ingredients.

If you are wondering who we are, this community of people that want the freshest healthiest ingredients and also want to support our own local economy, well we are business women and men, we are homemakers, we are academics, we are students, we are musicians, we are artists and the list goes on.  As a way to introduce you to part of your community, I want you to know what “we” are up to.  I have decided to start posting different events here that some of you are involved in.  I think you are all doing wonderfully interesting things and I want to support your efforts in any way possible.
