You guys! It’s heirloom tomato season! My favorite of all the seasons. I dare you to make these gorgeous gems last more than two days in your kitchen before you devour them. I like them best sliced thick in a tomato sandwich with avocado.

It was a wet day at VegHub HQ today, and we’ve got baskets chock full of tasty greens for you this week!

Tracy told me when I came by that there were so many greens that they had trouble fitting them all into your baskets today! That is a lot of green and leafies!
We’ve also got another bunch of green garlic this week. I chopped up mine last week and fried it up in some olive oil to toss with pasta. Recommended! We also have another awesome batch of strawberries. Raise your hand if you ate the entire pint in one sitting!
