Lots of Greens on a Gray Day

April 18th, 2012 by Becky Striepe

It was a wet day at VegHub HQ today, and we’ve got baskets chock full of tasty greens for you this week!

leafy greens

Tracy told me when I came by that there were so many greens that they had trouble fitting them all into your baskets today! That is a lot of green and leafies!

We’ve also got another bunch of green garlic this week. I chopped up mine last week and fried it up in some olive oil to toss with pasta. Recommended! We also have another awesome batch of strawberries. Raise your hand if you ate the entire pint in one sitting!

Need some help cooking up this week’s basket? I’ve got you covered with a few ideas! Read the rest of this entry »
